We meet all new residents prior to moving in and identify the community that they will thrive in.  Individual, social, medical and personal needs will be discussed, and a bespoke care package created around these needs and preferences. As our residents needs evolve, so will their care.

I liked the homely atmosphere. Everything one could possibly want to make it feel more like living at home. Everything is designed to make sure the patient is well cared for.

For individuals who need regular medical attention or specific care delivered by a registered nurse. Long term care ensures residents are looked after 24 hours a day by medical professionals, who respond to their changing needs in a safe and homely environment.

Convalescent Care

Providing that extra support following a period of illness or hospitalisation. Dignity, comfort and security for residents and their families is fully respected.

Established by Doctors and
Run by Trained Nurses

Folkestone Care Centre has been privately commissioned, built and managed by medical professionals who understand the changing needs and personal care of the elderly. Professional, experienced and highly qualified staff are available 24 hours a day ensuring peace of mind for both residents and their families. High ratios of staff to residents and a programme of continuous training and development for all staff ensure all opportunities to help residents gain the support they need.

Regular appointments are arranged for specialist services, such as ophthalmology, audiology and chiropody either as on-site appointments or accompanied visit. Most importantly the ethos throughout the home is one of professionalism. Loving care, kindness and warmth are evident everywhere and to all who visit.
